Shipping Destinations and Rates

We ship to the UK and internationally. All orders are sent via DHL, a reliable tracked service. Shipping rates are as follows:

• United Kingdom (Standard Delivery) – £5.95
• European Union (Standard Delivery) – £50
• United States (Standard Delivery) – £35
• Rest of World (Standard Delivery) – £50

We do not currently offer express shipping or free delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email with your DHL tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (from dispatch) are:

• UK: 2–3 working days
• EU: 5–7 working days
• USA: 5–7 working days
• Rest of World: 7–10 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination and customs processing times.

Delivery Issues

All Rose and Rose orders are shipped via DHL with full tracking, and a tracking link will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Please check this link for the latest delivery updates.

In the rare event that a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit by DHL, we will offer either a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a full refund.

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Rose and Rose is not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
